These yoga mat bags are handmade by Rachelle Fisher Krohn, Utah yoga teacher and mom. Rachelle sews each one by hand -- the fabrics are top-notch as is the workmanship.
The bag's strap is removable to use as your yoga strap during practice (she makes the straps too). The enclosures are drawstring, reinforced with metal grommets and can accommodate the largest mat made.
Part of the proceeds of your purchases go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Bhakti Yoga Practice
Bhakti Yoga is the Yoga of Devotion. Come join as we re-devote ourselves to our yoga practices and discover the power of gratitude. Learn what it means to dedicate your practice to your higher power. This 75-minute Bhakti yoga practice will begin with a dedication, move into a moderate Vinyasa Flow to cleanse and purge, and end with stretching and a 20-minute guided meditation. If you own a mala, be sure to bring it. Also bring a comfortable cushion or blanket for meditation. We'll end with a kirtan to "seal the circle" of our practice and conclude our path through grace and gratitude! This class is by Donation Only - Shanti!

This intensive workshop will provide a greater understanding of the body mechanics involved in the practice of yoga. Participants will have a greater understanding of the large muscle groups, joints, spinal column and other systems impacted and how to create a safer yoga practice. This workshop is part of a TimeLess Yoga's Teacher Training program that is RYT certified by Yoga Alliance and is open to all TimeLess Yoga students. Expect yoga practices to be included in the workshop that will specifically focus on anatomical teachings during this intensive weekend. 200 RYT TimeLess Yoga Teacher Training
This certified yoga teacher training program will cover all the essentials: transitioning, pose breakdown, non-judgmental language, history, philosophy, yoga limbs, yoga sutras, basic sanskrit, yoga anatomy, principles of alignment, and more.
Upon successful completion of the 200-hour program, you will receive a certificate that will be honored by Yoga Alliance to receive your RYT designation. The program is designed to be completed one weekend per month for 11 months, plus 4 weeknights and a 4-day retreat.
